Some users are experiencing a long wait for eLearning courses to load and then just get a blank white screen when the 'moodle' webpage opens.
There are now other issues that have been reported including error messages when trying to start or complete an eLearning course, or when managers are trying to enrol staff onto courses.
This is being investigated as a priority by the site owners.
It is an intermittent issue and some staff are are being able to start and complete a course without any issues.
