This training course has been developed in order to provide Wandsworth Councils Children’s Social Services Business Support Officers with a firm theoretical and practical understanding of Mosaic navigation, administration and Workflow functions, as well as Wandsworth Councils Mosaic recording standards.
The course focuses on demonstrating new features that BSOs can use following the Mosaic upgrade.
