In Wandsworth the Early Help IT System (EHITS) is used by the workforce to record and share information, taken from the Early Help Assessment form, securely for children and young people that they are working with. EHITS can also be used to request services from organisations.

Acquire the knowledge to make your work environment safe from the dangerous substance of asbestos.

This session will run through the new Early Help Mosaic workflow. This starts with the Early Help Assessment and runs through Visits, Pathway Plans, Team Around the Family Meetings plus Reviews and THRIVE Keep in touch workflow steps. Finally this will look at closing cases and how to refer to Children’s Social Care.

The course will give you the knowledge and confidence to successful marshal a fire successfully.

The Suicide First Aid through Understanding Suicide Intervention course gives learners the knowledge and tools to understand that suicide is one of the most preventable deaths and some basic skills can help someone with thoughts of suicide stay safe from their thoughts and stay alive.

Suicide First Aid teaches a practical framework for interventions to be used when working with clients and service users or members of the community. Delegates will be more aware of risk factors that might lead someone to experience suicidal thoughts, spot the signs that an individual is at risk and feel confident in their response.

No previous experience or training is necessary. Participants will be asked to self-reflect and empathise with a person having thoughts of suicide. There is no expectation of participants to share their personal experiences.

As any of us could, at any time, encounter a person having suicidal thoughts, this training is open to a wide variety of staff and volunteers working with adults, children and families. It is free at the point of access.

This is a multi-agency introductory and core safeguarding and child protection course. Safeguarding children is everybody’s responsibility and it is essential that professionals who have contact with children are clear about their duties and responsibilities. This course provides an overview of the current safeguarding procedures and explores the difference between safeguarding children and child protection. It provides up to date, practical information to enable you to create and sustain safer environments for children and your workforce.

This workshop session is only for Early Help Mosaic users who have completed their Induction to Mosaic and Early Help Workflow training.

The session is designed to address specific issues Early Help Mosaic users have encountered whilst using the system.

It would be useful to list the issues you wish to cover in the session and email them to the trainer prior to the date of this workshop.
