Acquire the knowledge to make your work environment safe from the dangerous substance of asbestos.
Training objectives
To introduce managers and those with building responsibilities (e.g. premises Officers) to the control of asbestos in the workplace
Learning outcomes
- know the legal requirements for the control of asbestos
- understand the health effects of exposure to asbestos
- be able to write an Asbestos Management Plan
- understand and be able to control access to asbestos.
